Step 1.Grab 4 cones and make sure they’re all aligned.
Step 2.Make sure you have enough people to play.
Rules/aim of the game
You can’t tackle them around the soldiers you have to tackle around the waist or lower.
Aim is to be the last one not tackled.
If you get tackled don’t go back to the line.
The person who's in the middle has to try tackle them.
Gday mate it's your best friend here Sharky/Jake this is really good now i know how to play ball rush. But maybe next time you could insert a diagram so other people know how to set up and actually get the picture how to play. Other than that this is amazing.
